Choosing your Lake Tahoe Photographer for your portraits can definitely be a daunting task.

Some tips to help you in your choice
Make sure you see plenty of images of more than one subject on the photographers website. This shows they have experience dealing with all kinds of people.

If Lake Tahoe and seeing it is important to you, make sure you can see the gorgeous blue skies and water we have here in their portfolios.

It gets very bright here in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee area. The lighting is definitely a challenge when photographing at Lake Tahoe.
Squinty eyes should rarely happen. Also watch for those dark (raccoon style) eye sockets. These problems should not happen with a pro.

Check how long it takes to get to see and choose your photos. You don’t want to be waiting months to see your photos.

Retouching….. this is blemish removal, stray hairs, wrinkle softening etc. A lot of photographers don’t include this. If it’s important, at least check if it is an option for you.

Do you want your images ready for display in your home? Make sure you get someone who can provide you with beautiful professional quality products.

Tips on what to wear. I provide you with info on clothing choices after you book with me.
