I came to Lake Tahoe as a Ski Instructor. When my season ended I knew someday I would be back to call Lake Tahoe home. It's been over ten years since that dream became a reality and with it came a wonderful supportive husband and two girls. Life couldn't be better .
I am Danielle Hankinson, an Australian photographer based in the Tahoe area. It is my photographic goal to capture life's moments and natures beauty.
I am very lucky to be able to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Lake Tahoe where my photographic inspirations and backdrops are endless. It has beautiful beaches, granite rocks, sunsets and sunrises, and amazing water clarity and the snow here is fantastic. All of this enables me to photograph beautiful landscapes, portraits and weddings.
